charmed find in the city Center

superb locationbeautiful designtidy room
the location is superb! it's right in the city center. the access to major sights is very convenient. janet, megan, samba, and miguel from the staff were so nice. the room was ready before the check-in time. the room had a beautiful design. it was really tidy too!
the hearing in my room wasn't working, so it was really cold. the breakfast area is right at the main entrance, so it felt freezing as the main door kept opening. i had to keep my coat on to feel at least a bit warm.

the location was acceptable though.
The room lacked a fridge and complimentary water. That's frustrating. also, there was no phone to contact reception. needing to go downstairs for every question was a hassle.
